Water accumulates on top of these dams, forming lakes, and the overflowing water falls as waterfalls down to the next level. The Veliki Slap is a representative waterfall on the lower lake side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wooden walkway<\/strong>There are well-maintained walking trails that go over the lake and alongside waterfalls, allowing you to take your time and explore the area in half a day to a full day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>season<\/strong>From spring to summer, the waterfall is spectacular with its abundant water flow; in autumn, the leaves change color; and in winter, parts of the falls freeze over, creating a fantastical landscape.
