World Heritage Quest focuses on introducing buildings, ruins, landscapes, and natural scenery that are on the World Heritage List.
Through World Heritage Quest, we hope to help as many people as possible learn about the charm of World Heritage sites and pass on their greatness to future generations.
What is World Heritage?
World Heritage Sites are properties that possess "outstanding universal value" and are inscribed on the World Heritage List based on the "Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage" (commonly known as the World Heritage Convention) adopted by the UNESCO General Conference in 1972.
There are three types of World Heritage Sites: "Cultural Heritage Sites" such as buildings and ruins created by humans, "Natural Heritage Sites" such as natural areas that convey the history of the Earth and the evolution of plants and animals, and "Mixed Heritage Sites" that combine elements of both.

Graduated from the Faculty of Letters at Keio University. During his time at university, he majored in Western history and wrote his graduation thesis on the issue of racial discrimination in America in the 20th century. He will obtain the World Heritage Examination Level 1 in 2021 and the Art Examination Level 2 in 2024. While serving as CTO of a startup company, he also promotes World Heritage sites through World Heritage Quest.
